Fiducia are a multi award-winning chartered financial planning firm based in a barn conversion in Dedham, just outside Colchester. They asked Source One to refit one of their three barn conversion offices – a space that needed updating while respecting the character of the building.
Three weeks from start to finish. New LED lighting and emergency lighting throughout, new partitioning to create a manager’s office with full-height glazing and an oak door set, new plank-style carpet tiles laid in a deliberately random pattern across three finishes to create something distinctive underfoot, vinyl wrapping of the kitchen units in a modern pastel-blue finish, new furniture throughout and new blinds to all windows and doors. A complete transformation of a characterful space, delivered to a tight programme.

Evolve FS are a long-term Source One client. When they opened a new Colchester office, they asked us to handle the furniture fit-out – and specifically asked us to match the look and feel of the office we’d previously fitted out for them at their Brightwell site. We used the same desking and seating style, updated the desktop finish to anthracite to suit the freshly painted walls, introduced perspex screens and fitted out the large training and meeting room at the back of the office.

What we deliver in Colchester
