Our story
Source One was founded by Pat and Lisa Lewis in 2002 with a straightforward ambition – to build one of East Anglia’s most trusted commercial interiors businesses. More than two decades later, that is what it has become.
The team
PAT LEWIS – Co-Founder and Chairman
Pat co-founded Source One with Lisa in 2002 and remains Chairman of the business. With more than 40 years of experience in business development, project delivery and consultancy, Pat combines commercial instinct with the ability to build long-term relationships – the kind that have helped shape Source One from day one.
His enthusiasm and straightforward approach continue to influence the culture of the business. Known for finding practical solutions and keeping things moving, Pat remains actively involved in supporting clients and helping guide the direction of the business.
Away from Source One, Pat is an Ambassador for Suffolk Cancer Support and a Governor of St Joseph’s College, Ipswich – roles that reflect the same values that have underpinned the business since 2002.
LISA LEWIS – Co-Founder and Managing Director
Lisa co-founded Source One with Pat in 2002 and joined the business full-time in 2006 as it continued to grow. With more than 25 years of experience in commercial interiors, she knows the industry inside out – the suppliers, the trades, the way projects can go wrong and how to stop them from doing so.
As Managing Director, Lisa oversees every aspect of the business, from client relationships and project delivery to supplier partnerships and team leadership.
What the CV does not capture is what clients actually say about working with her. She is direct, funny, completely invested in the outcome and not afraid to roll her sleeves up. Whether that means managing a major commercial refurbishment or plumbing in a dishwasher on a Peterborough fit-out because the project needs it, Lisa gets the job done. Projects succeed because she genuinely cares about every detail.
CHLOE PONTING – Director
Chloe joined Source One in 2017 as a management trainee and has grown into a Director of the business. Lisa’s daughter, she has inherited the same commitment to quality and client service while making the role entirely her own.
She now leads client relationships, project delivery and many of the company’s largest and most complex projects. Clients ask for her by name. “Ask for Chloe” appears in more than one client review, which reflects the trust she has earned.
ELLIE HUTCHINSON – Health, Safety and Operations
Ellie joined the family business in 2023 and is responsible for health, safety and operations across all Source One projects. She ensures every site operates safely, professionally and in full compliance with current requirements.
It is a role that often goes unnoticed when everything runs smoothly. Ellie approaches it with diligence and genuine care for everyone working on site.
TESS LONGLAND – Accounts
Tess manages the financial administration of the business, keeping everything from invoicing to accounts running accurately and efficiently. Her attention to detail helps keep Source One running smoothly behind the scenes.
JANE BLOOMFIELD – Human Resources
Jane oversees human resources for Source One, supporting both the internal team and the wider network of suppliers and contractors. She plays an important role in maintaining the positive culture and professionalism that clients experience on every project.
The extended Source One family
The core team is supported by a trusted network of electricians, builders, plumbers, joiners, flooring specialists, furniture installers, decorators, data and communications engineers and many other skilled trades that Source One has worked alongside for years.
These are not anonymous subcontractors assembled from a list. They are long-standing relationships built over two decades of delivering projects together. They understand Source One’s standards, communicate openly and take genuine pride in the finished result.
Many of these relationships have lasted well over a decade. Clients often see familiar faces from project to project – that consistency is one of the things they notice most and value most.
Every trade contractor working on a Source One project holds the appropriate qualifications and industry accreditations.

These are not words we put on a wall and forget about. They are how we actually work – with clients, with each other and with the trades and suppliers we have worked alongside for years.
Where we work
Source One is rooted in East Anglia. Ipswich, Felixstowe, Norwich, Cambridge, Colchester and Bury St Edmunds are at the heart of the business and where many of the longest-standing client relationships continue.
The reach goes further when the project calls for it. London, Birmingham, Chester, Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire – geography is not a barrier when the client and the project are the right fit. Over 250 projects delivered across 28 counties since 2002.
